Since 1970 Aminoff & Co. has demonstrated its ability to meet the
objectives of individual real estate investors by structuring
profitable transactions that reflect the sophisticated legal and
accounting considerations which are the keystones of a successful
venture. One of our most active and growing departments involves the
organization and management of investment partnerships or
syndications.
Through our team of experienced professionals, Aminoff & Co. has
the ability to select investment objectives which most adequately
fit the needs of an individual investor, group of investors, or
institutional investor - whether preservation of capital, potential
capital appreciation, or income. Our real estate investment
counselors will be pleased to review our prior group-investment
projects in order to demonstrate our performance record.
By carefully monitoring trends and economic developments in other
regions of the United States, we do not have to limit our
transactions to any particular area. For example: On behalf of one
partnership of investors living primarily in Southern California,
Aminoff & Co. sought out, negotiated and structured an advantageous
transaction on a $11 Million luxury-class apartment
complex in the environs of Seattle. Aminoff & Co. acquired
several apartment complexes in the Salt Lake City area in the
mid-1980's for investment groups it sponsored, which were sold in
the mid-1990's for substantial gains. Aminoff & Co. has acquired
several single-tenant retail and industrial facilities through its
co-partnerships. For a number of private investors residing in the
U.K., Europe, Malaysia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Japan,
Mexico, Central and South America, the Philippines, Indonesia and
Uzbekistan, Aminoff & Co. has instituted and arranged transactions
in various localities throughout the United States.
Aminoff & Co. has formed several investment groups to
acquire senior assisted-living and independent living facilities and
has entered into joint-ventures with developers of these types of
properties. We feel that opportunities exist at this time which
will result in significant gains within three to five years by
investment in this type of senior living facility.
All Aminoff group ventures are structured so that the sponsor's
principal compensation is earned only after investors have received
the return of their original capital contribution, plus a minimum
return on their investment. This insures that the venture must be
profitable before Aminoff & Co. earns its compensation. Thus, the
expertise of the sponsor in a group-investment venture becomes a
vital intangible in the successful operation of such a venture, and
the goals of Aminoff & Co., as a group investment sponsor are
congruent with those of its individual investor partners.
